Diagnostic Radiology

Join a thriving, independent, private practice two hours from Nashville, Tennessee as a diagnostic radiologist. We have three hospitals located in Lexington, TN, Brownsville, TN, and Erin, TN and are developing these facilities and capabilities to make them technologically advanced diagnostic centers. We have family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, gastroenterology, and general surgery. We are in the process of replacing all equipment, upgrading our PACS with the latest AI interfaces. We are looking for a radiologist who can help our Techs feel comfortable and developing a stable staff of techs and doctors.

Requirements and Perks:
  • Employed position with salary & benefits.
  • Shift Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Diagnostic + light procedures (Ultrasound and fluoroscopy)
  • Must be willing to read Cardiac CTAs.
  • Must be willing to read Brain CTAs and perfusions.
  • Must be willing to read Mammography.
  • Must be willing to read and assist with Ultrasound.
  • Must be willing to read and DEXA Scans.
  • Must be willing to read and perform Fluoroscopy Scans.
  • Must feel comfortable discussing interpretations with physicians.
  • Must be willing to commute to the hospitals to develop personal relationships with the technologists.
  • Will allow radiologist to moonlight with other radiology practices as long as they have malpractice paid by other radiology group.
  • 4-weeks’ vacation annually plus one week of CME
  • CME allowance of $3,100 a year
  • Approximately 70-reads per shift with overflow to Direct Radiology
  • Optional opportunity to moonlight internally in teleradiology for $300/hour

Requirements
  • ABR Board-Certified or eligible Radiologist (Required)
  • MD or DO eligible for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee (Required)
