Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Otolaryngology, Physician Assistant to join our Capitol Hill Medical Center in Seattle, WA.

We have a full multi-disciplinary team based in Seattle and Bellevue, including four Otolaryngology Physicians at each site, joining two other Physician Assistant at each site, with robust support staff within the department, and functions within the Kaiser organization with additional Otolaryngology teams within the Pacific Northwest.

Core Components of this position include:
  • The primary role is evaluating and managing otolaryngology patients in the outpatient clinic at all points in the care continuum
  • In-Office procedures include but are not limited to tube placements, injections, biopsies and fiberoptic laryngoscopy
  • First assist in Minimally invasive and open cases in our Ambulatory Surgery Center and partner hospital up to 1 day a month.
  • Occasional rounding in our partner hospital
  • No night and weekend call
  • Generous sign on bonus offered
These Capitol Hill Medical Center are a multispecialty medical center with an ambulatory surgery Center, urgent care, lab, radiology, and pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, with Urgent Care open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits

The entire salary range for this position is $132,164 to $155,488 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $132,164 to $147,713 based on factors such as education, training or experience.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.
