A health services organization in Florida is looking to add a new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to their growing team in Sarasota. In this role, the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer II will be responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts.

***This a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a few days a week.***

Responsibilities:

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer II will be responsible for:

  • All aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, testing, implementation and monitoring in production/support
  • Providing technical support, maintenance, application configuration as a result in change of workflow related to the RPA process, quality improvement, user support, and implementation throughout the organization
  • Providing developer leadership and direction, as well as project management for small to medium sized RPA projects
  • Monitoring RPA scripts, improving performance of such scripts through programming changes or configuration
  • Ensuring business operations remain smooth and documents processes
  • Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with Clinical, Business, and/or Financial Systems / Applications
  • 3+ years of developing software solutions with programming related experience, or robotic process automation including designing, coding testing, and documenting new systems or automation solutions, and minimal project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in a Healthcare setting
Desired Skills:
  • Masters Degree
  • Certifications in related fields of Robotic Process Automation or AI/Artificial Intelligence
  • Broad implementation experience in systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and integration of large enterprise-wide application systems, systems and software, systems integration/interfacing, programming languages, Graphical User Interface concepts, database understanding, and data manipulation
  • Proficiency with Robotic Process Automation tools, such as Eggplant, UiPath or equivalent technologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and software packages
  • Experience with programming in Object-oriented or Scripting languages
  • Knowledge and experience with health care information systems
