👩 Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Mount Lebanon, PA

📍 Location: Mount Lebanon, PA 15228
💵 Salary: $40-50/hr

Join our Mount Lebanon team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate and expert care directly to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • 🏡 Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • 💉 Administer diverse infusion therapies with precision and care.
  • 📊 Monitor patient responses closely, adapting care plans as required.
  • 📝 Maintain meticulous treatment records, adhering to healthcare standards.
  • 🤝 Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • 🧰 Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Qualifications:
  • 🎓 Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
  • 🆔 Active PA nursing license.
  • ♥ Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 🚗 Willingness to travel locally.
  • 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
  • 🌍 Dedication to serving the Mount Lebanon community.

  • 🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
  • 📅 Schedule: Day shift, including weekends.
  • 💲 Pay: $40-50/hr, based on experience.
