• Processing of samples for dimensional and/or metallurgical testing as follows:
a.Forging metallurgical inspection
b.Forging dimensional inspection
c.Machining dimensional inspection
d.Final Audit Inspection (Forging and Machining)
• Data entry (Final Audit, etc.)
• Ensure accurate documentation completion as required
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Effectively communicates with Manufacturing and other departments as required regarding inspection results
• Effectively communicates within the QA department
• Assists with G.R&R studies and density maps
• Provides support to Manufacturing, and other departments as requested.
• As directed by the Quality Group Leader or Quality Manager
