What You’ll Do

Every day as a caregiver is an opportunity to make someone smile. Your tasks may include:

Personal Care Support

  • Help clients feel confident and cared for with bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
  • Safely assist with transfers, mobility support, and toileting needs.

Companionship & Social Activities

  • Share conversations, games, or favorite pastimes to brighten your client’s day.
  • Encourage gentle activities like walks or light exercises tailored to their abilities.

Daily Living Support

  • Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed.
  • Keep living spaces tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Provide medication reminders to ensure proper schedules are followed.

Transportation & Errands

  • Safely escort clients to appointments, social outings, or errands.

Safety Monitoring

  • Create a safe environment and report any health or behavioral changes promptly.

  • Competitive Pay: $17 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly.

    • Train hands-on in our Center of Excellence, where we provide a mock-home environment to gain realistic training in
    • 6 Months of continuous monthly online training provided, including dementia, Parkinson's, chronic conditions, hospice, and more
  • Free Gear: Scrubs and PPE provided for your comfort and safety.
  • Supportive Team: Our 24/7 office staff is always here to back you up.
What You Bring
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Family or professional caregiving experience is welcomed—no formal experience required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • A compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.
Your Schedule, Your Way

  • Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
  • Options for 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and 2-hour shifts.
  • Stacked shifts, holiday shifts, and weekend availability.
