NOW HIRING CELLAR WORKERS Description: This person will be working as a cellar worker. This is not a regular winery it's a bottling and repacking facility that gets wine imported and they are starting to make their own wines. This person will be doing sanitation, bottling, and the usual cellar duties. The duties consist of but are not limited to. • Perform basic Cellar tasks: receive wine, topping tanks, additions, clean tanks, adding concentrates, and more. • Apply good housekeeping practices. • Clean & sanitize equipment and tanks. • Operate basic equipment such as wine pumps and bottling machines. • Assist with wine movements, barrel work and clean filters. • Must be knowledgeable with basic hand tools. • Must know basic math skills. • Must be able to lift 50lbs. • Frequent walking, including going up and down stairs and ladders, and bending are required. • Must be able to work overtime. Skills: cellar, winery, bottling, sanitation, Heavy lifting, Bottling, Harvest, Machine operation, Filling Top Skills Details: cellar, winery, bottling, sanitation Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must have sanitation experience cleaning equipment and tanks. • Sanitizing on the line, the filler machine, use steam to clean, then wash with cold water, then use the steam for 40 mins. 2 hours total to sanitize.
