As a Starbucks shift leader, you will set the benchmark for store operations that define the Starbucks Experience. You will lead your shift while collaborating with our team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and meticulously crafted products. In this vibrant store environment, you have the power to influence and motivate others, fostering an uplifting team atmosphere while developing your leadership skills.

Summary of Experience

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.

Basic Qualifications

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Meet operational standards, including beverage quality, cash handling, and store safety.
  • 6 months of experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Prepare and coach others in preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders.
  • At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to lead and direct others effectively.
  • Quick learning ability.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about the retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Collaborative team player.
