Key Contributions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Act as a single point of client contact for quality documentation
  • Print, distribute, and record all documents released through transmittal to the quality group
  • Record and circulate client documents (standards and specifications)
  • Works well within GasTech & customer's document control system to include FTP sites
  • Record and track vendor quality documentation
  • Review MTR and CoC for compliance with GasTech, Client, and Regulatory Codes and Standards
  • Prepare/maintain traceability documentation (heat and weld maps)
  • Ensure the stick file is released to design for "as built" drawing revisions before the release of the manual
  • Prepare and organize quality data book for pressure vessels, piping, and assembled packages
  • Expedite vendor information to ensure quality record data book is completed on time
  • Investigate and resolve nonconforming material discrepancies
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards for all quality documentation
  • Interface with Vendors and Subcontractors to resolve material documentation discrepancies

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Advanced vocational or some college experience is preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/quality/engineering documentation environment is required.
  • Previous experience in oil and gas and/or manufacturing is required.
  • Proficient level using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets is required.
  • Strong proficiency with communication, time management, organizational skills, and Microsoft office is required.
