Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Andar/360 user to join our team as a Support Analyst within the Customer Care team.
Our ideal candidate is a tenacious, customer-centric, professional highly motivated to solve problems, guide and consult customers on innovative solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for onboarding, implementation assistance and training to both new and recurring customers.
Responsible for the execution of contracted professional services to customers including but not limited to consulting, campaign management and processing.
Responsible for the scoping and delivery of we customizations using languages including but not limited to CSS, JavaScript and HTML
Responsible for resolving Customer Service requests
Assist with testing, documentation, and other related tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of experience using Andar/360 and experience with the wide range of modules and functionality. Andar/360 power user a plus.
Proven ability to lead medium and large projects
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical functionality into examples, use cases and best practices
Proven aptitude for learning technical requirements and communicating what is feasible
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to permanently work virtually from home
