Your Mission:

As a key member of Corporate Technology, you will work alongside our engineering team to deliver scalable, technology-based robust solutions on the Salesforce platform and application ecosystem.

  • You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from design and scoping, to implementation, testing, and deployment. Contribute to the development and implementation of agentic technologies. Gain hands-on experience with real-world software development challenges. Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment alongside experienced engineers and product managers. Participate in product evaluation and prototyping initiatives.

Your Competencies:

  • Sound Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems and SQL.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in javascript, asynchronous and event-driven programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively solve problems.
  • Theoretical knowledge on Cloud Computing, Salesforce and Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to create/maintain/improve documentation.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.

Your Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
  • If any other STEM program, then some courses taken in computer/Database Programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively solve problems.
  • Previous experience with real-world software engineering projects, AI preferred (academic or personal projects are acceptable)
  • Passion for AI and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $32.00 per hour with a $3,500 sign on bonus.
