What You Get To Do Every Day
- Moderate maintenance work such as mounting TV's , assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, installing dispensers and other facilities fixtures, painting, drywall repairs
- Daily housekeeping work such as cleaning restrooms and kitchen, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, dusting, etc.
- Specialized cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, dusting high cobwebs, window cleaning
- Facilitate large item/junk removal; moving of furniture, boxes and related equipment
- Organize and refresh stockroom, pantries, restrooms, and supply cabinets
- Provide superior customer service to employees
- Utilize TRR's CMMS ticketing program to respond and solve facilities service requests
- Assist in department/office moves throughout the authentication center
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of general carpentry and handiwork (i.e.- painting and patching walls, caulking and sealing, floor and signage maintenance)
- Ability to work full-time and overtime when required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time
- Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance
- $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on site

The expected hourly rate for this role is 19-22. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
