Overview:
Temp to hire Role: Bilingual Collections Representative
POC: Larry Tartaglino, Director, Third Party Revenue Cycle

  • Bilingual Collections Rep
  • Full Time Shift: 8am - 5pm, M-F - Required to work one late night. Late night shift is 12 pm- 8pm; It will be a consist day of each week. (Example: every Wednesday their schedule would be 12pm-8pm
  • Part Time Shift: More nights drive, pending what the hours look like for this one. 20-25 hours a week (2-3 afternoon to evening shifts Monday-Thursday) During training, would work longer hours until they have grasp of the position.
  • Once converted, they can go to $18/hr + commission or $19/hr with no commission
  • Downtown Tampa with Paid parking
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual
- Healthcare experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively and professionally communicate with your peers and Client Services via email and on the floor.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios while managing one's own emotions throughout the call and on the collection floor.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong customer service attitude.
  • Computer, communication and math skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication along with good analytical skills of situations.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year customer service or collections experience preferred.
