Job Description

NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a part-time Lead Generation Specialist to support the goals, efforts and initiatives of the Sales Department. This position is responsible for prospecting and generating leads for a variety of industries. This role will include proactive targeted prospecting to introduce our product and logging activities and information into a CRM tool.

This is a part-time position with the ability to work a hybrid work schedule with up to 2 days/week from home. Working hours are 8:00-1:00 or 9:00-2:00 with some flexibility.

Specific duties include:
  • Utilize ZoomInfo and other lead generation tools to identify potential clients and gather relevant information.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.
  • Follow up on all leads and conduct research to identify the best potential prospects, while identifying key contacts and decision makers to increase efficiency of outside sales team
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, conferences, and networking.
  • Participate in relevant industry conferences to network, support the sales team, and create opportunities for lead generation.
  • 'Connect the Dots' between Marketing and Sales
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business or related field plus at least 2 years of previous experience in business to business lead generation. In addition, candidates must have:
  • Previous experience using lead generation tools like ZoomInfo.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
