We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America. By submitting your resume and information, you agree that we may share it with Democratic organizations and state parties. These roles are with individual state parties, who will be responsible for all hiring decisions, salary, and specific job duties.

These roles will be based in states across the country, and will require in person work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness
  • Build and maintain reporting products and visualizations in support of key stakeholders
  • Prepare and analyze datasets to extract actionable insights
  • Support other members of the Data and Analytics and Coordinated teams to achieve strategic campaign goals
  • Manage VAN support process and respond to help tickets from organizers
  • Assist with training and support on voter contact and volunteer recruitment tools
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems
  • Experience writing SQL or manipulating data with another programming language
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A desire to ask questions, receive constructive feedback, and grow as a professional
  • Commitment to equity and inclusion in working with staff and other stakeholders
Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with political data - especially VAN
  • Experience using Google BigQuery
  • Experience using visualization/dashboarding tools
