What You'll Do
- Interface with enterprise teams responsible for the re-platforming and development of locally developed applications.
- Participate in the development of functional business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.
- Understand business processes and priorities. Evaluates alternative business process and technology solutions and participates in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.
- Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the business groups.
- Develop working knowledge of the client's vision and uses this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development - experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications
- Experience working on an Agile team.
- Possess a ServiceNow Certification.
- Client?focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of SPM.
- ServiceNow SPM Implementation Certification
