The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer 3 Lead is a senior-level position focused on leading the design, implementation, and management of advanced mobile device solutions within our IT infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the mobile device management team, ensuring our mobile devices' security, functionality, and efficiency across Granicus. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of mobile device management platforms, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to drive strategic initiatives. What your impact will look like here: Lead the design, implementation, and management of sophisticated mobile device management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of the performance, security, and compliance of mobile devices within Granicus. Develop, enforce, and continuously improve mobile device policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and operational efficiency. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex mobile device issues, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct regular audits and assessments of mobile devices to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Collaborate with IT leadership and other teams to integrate mobile devices with enterprise systems and applications. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience. Certifications related to mobile device management or IT security are a plus.
