Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java EE development for web services, file processing, and user interface applications.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, design, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for performance, availability, and system integration issues.
  • Familiarity with tools like TFS Azure, ServiceNow, and middleware technologies (e.g., WebSphere, MQ, IIB).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver technical solutions, including scope estimates, detailed design, development, unit testing, and production support.
  • Track development progress and report on deliverables using tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS), ServiceNow, and IBM Case Management.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and unit testing guidance.
  • Collaborate with testers, analysts, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues across application integrations, databases, middleware, and networks.
  • Participate in L3 production support with a 24/7/365 shared team rotation.
