Summary of Position:

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This position will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This person will work with a variety of teams and platforms to identify manual business processes within our organization and implement technology solutions to automate those processes. In addition, they will play a vital role in improving overall workflow efficiency by leveraging technology tools and strategies.

General Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for automation and workflow improvements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop automation solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Develop detailed requirements documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to understand the intricacies of each process and its associated pain points.
  • Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams or vendors to implement and integrate the selected technology solutions seamlessly.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of existing technology products and how they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Lead the implementation and deployment of automated processes, ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize automated systems.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate automated processes, making necessary adjustments to improve performance and user experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business systems analysis.
Unique Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in identifying manual business processes and implementing automation solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of automation and workflow management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of best practices in process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience and familiarity with AI
  • Ability to work within a project management structure. Preferred experience with Monday.com.
  • Excellent communication skills. Plus, the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to all audiences. (Written and verbal)
  • Naturally personable and outgoing, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent task & time management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to newly implemented technology.
