People- We have a diverse team with 19 clinicians from various backgrounds who collaborate and learn from each other.
- We collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless care transitions and actively participate in community health initiatives.
- Our hospital has 915 beds. We don't require any procedures.
- We welcome board-certified/eligible candidates, including internal.
- Our hospitalist team is trained in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, participating in rapid response and code teams.
- We use EPIC and have access to Sound's informatics platform.
- Expected annual compensation for the first year is $250,000 to $275,000.
- Benefits include paid medical malpractice and tail coverage.
- We maintain a high retention rate and collaborate to ensure coverage during time off.
- Our primary focus is always on patient care.
- We encourage professional growth and development within our hospital medicine practice and broader medical group.
