JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Client Engagement & Experience Team (Part-Time), specializing in Game Day Operations. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients and guests have an exceptional experience during our games and events. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around executing various game day operational tasks, including Court of Dreams logistics, pre-game and in-game experiences, and other seasonal and off-season events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with the Client Engagement and Experience team to plan, organize, and execute game day operational tasks.
  • Assist with the logistics of the Court of Dreams program, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for the HS teams in attendance.
  • Coordinate and execute pre-game and in-game experiences, such as cheer tunnels, halftime shows, and post-game events.
  • Support the CE&E team with various in-season and out-of-season events, including youth sports summer camps, ticket sales prospecting events and corporate partner events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm while representing the company during games and events.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Ticket Sales, Corporate Partners and Operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of game day activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on game and event schedules.
  • Enthusiasm for sports and a genuine interest in providing memorable experiences for clients and guests.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to the position.
