Overview

We are seeking a Lead Product Demonstrator to complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations and maintain knowledge of represented products. This position involves serving, demonstrating, intercepting consumers, and selling products in a professional manner, as well as managing and maintaining event execution equipment in stores.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies
  • Communicate with store management about upcoming events
  • Provide leadership, knowledge, and assistance to the event team
  • Gather adequate knowledge of represented products
  • Proactively engage, interact, and sell products to consumers
  • Prepare and serve food samples according to food safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work station
  • Build and maintain rapport with store personnel
  • Complete expense reports and all online requirements
  • Take digital photos of successful event setups

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using a personal computer and mobile device
  • Food Safety Professional Certification and local Food handlers permit if required
  • Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to lead in the absence of supervisor

This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week.
