Senior Solutions Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our team on-site in Miramar, FL. You will be responsible for ensuring technology solutions address business requirements and achieve identified business outcomes. This role involves designing and configuring platforms to support business requirements, documenting those requirements in business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications. The Analyst will also assist subject matter experts with gap analysis, process definition, and system enhancements, and provide high-level service for break-fix incidents and requests. This role focuses on building technical solutions rather than coding, translating business requirements into system configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and design systems to meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes using emerging technologies.
  • Educate IT team on business goals, facilitating communication and alignment between functions and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
  • Develop business and technical process documentation and training materials.
  • Apply system solutions to business requirements through the design and configuration of platforms like ECC and Salesforce.
  • Interact with processing teams, vendors, and other integrated systems.
  • Assist subject matter experts with gap analysis, process definition, and system enhancements.
  • Provide high-level service for break-fix incidents and requests.
  • Responsible for data migration, archiving, and reconciliation as needed.
  • Work on multiple medium-complexity tasks or projects; act as a subject matter expert and coach junior staff.
  • Perform code reviews for standards adherence.
  • Mentor in coding best practices, configuration, technical design, and quality assurance.
  • Collect information to develop work scope around solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications.
  • Lead small project components and assess situations to determine problems and propose solutions that add business value.
  • Support and sometimes drive project requirements definition, identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; assist with project budget needs.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Gather and document business requirements in BRDs.
  • Convert BRDs to functional specifications according to the platform being configured.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with team members within IT and across functional teams.
  • Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard business process concepts.
  • Determine opportunities to redesign business processes for better results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or BI.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business or technology role, working closely with functions outside of IT to understand business processes and needs.
  • Change agent with managerial courage.

  • Thorough understanding of business processes with the ability to design, configure, and deploy supporting solutions.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and process-oriented, systems thinking.

  • Presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex ideas into smaller pieces.
  • Ability to set and manage customer expectations and deliver quality results on time.
  • Ability to build consensus and buy-in with key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) process and ability to structure requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests.
  • Demonstrated Agile delivery values: openness, commitment, respect, courage, and focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in systems development lifecycle models like Agile or other traditional project management principles.
