Outcomes Assists with the implementation of human resource procedures and process Work closely with supervisors to ensure crews are staffed for the most efficient operation for both the farm and the plant Assist with orientation for new and returning employees including all hiring and training paperwork Translate Spanish to English and English to Spanish daily between employees and managers, both oral and written Answer employee day-to-day questions regarding benefit explanation and employment opportunities Maintains confidentiality of department files, including personnel files and, unemployment, wages, and benefits information Processes employee paperwork for new hires and terminations. Coordinate luncheons with Co-owner and new hires.
