Position Mission: The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial administrative role in managing our maintenance dispatch systems, particularly EcoTrak. This position involves close communication with maintenance technicians, ordering equipment and supplies, and ensuring technicians are well-stocked for their tasks. The role also includes involvement in various project works and requires limited travel.

Responsibilities Include:

• Administer and assist the EcoTrak maintenance dispatch system, projects, dispatching, as other administrative duties as assigned. .

• Act as a point of contact for all maintenance technicians.

• Efficiently coordinate and dispatch maintenance tasks and follow-ups.

• Order and manage inventory of equipment and supplies required for maintenance.

• Ensure maintenance technicians have necessary stock for their tasks.

• Participate in and manage various project works related to facilities and maintenance as assigned.

• Maintain effective communication with all team members and external vendors.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation of maintenance activities.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Experience in restaurant or retail environments, with a preference for candidates with fast food restaurant experience.

• Strong administrative skills, particularly in managing dispatch systems like EcoTrak.

• Excellent communication and computer skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

• Organizational and project management skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Travel:

Physical Demands:

May include excessive walking, standing and moderate to occasional heavy lifting and use of ladders. Travel may be required at some periods in the event of new construction and remodeling of new restaurants. Travel may include overnight stays for periods of time.
