Work under the general nursing process as a Bilingual ICU Clinical Supervisor. You'll lead and supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shift, ensuring clinical care is delivered safely, efficiently and effectively. Patient care assignment may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups.

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: Nights

Department: Coronary Care Subacute

  • Qualifications:
  • Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
  • Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
  • 2 years directly related experience
  • RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide clinical leadership for nursing and technician staff
  • Designate shift and schedule assignments, call in staff, send staff home and monitor attendance
  • Delegate and monitor completion of duties according to departmental and Hospitals policies
  • Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures
  • Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols
