Description

Job Purpose: Join Denova as a Senior Tech Analyst and take the lead in Cloud Administration and Network Support, enhancing our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless service delivery. This pivotal role is tailored for a dynamic IT professional eager to leverage deep technical expertise in spearheading major IT initiatives and supporting a vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Cloud Administration, Network Support, and demonstrate exceptional project management skills to handle multiple projects with efficiency.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and execute IT projects, including cloud environment strategies and system upgrades.
  • Provide expert-level support for issues related to computer systems, software, and networks.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including training manuals and system protocols.
  • Conduct training sessions for system users to improve their understanding and efficient use of technology.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and performance monitoring to ensure reliable operation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT team members to enhance technology infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and cloud services.
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect data and network integrity.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
What We Need From You:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a senior IT role, with a strong focus on cloud administration and network support.
  • Expertise in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, VPNs, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are highly desirable.
Your Work Schedule:
  • Join us onsite for dynamic workdays, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
