Verovian Nursing Agency seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Surgical unit in Seattle, Washington.

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Coordinate patient care with other departments and services to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including electronic medical records (EMR).
Candidate requirements Valid RN license in Washington. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical setting is preferred. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care assignments in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
