Minimum Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing program required Current/valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse from the state licensing boardis required Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) is required If applicable - Must have additional specialty certifications May need IV certification Preferred One (1) year experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting preferred One (1) year Specialty clinic experience preferred To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.
