Job Requirements

  • Administrate provider portal logins
  • Respond to employee requests, in a prompt manner, regarding access to payer provider portals.
  • Troubleshoot issues with portal access.
  • Track new portal access, as well disabling separated employees.
  • Setup and assist with insurance web portal access.
  • Work with credentialing to setup access for new portals, and revalidation of existing portal access.
  • Assist with general help desk tickets as needed.
  • Other duties to be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
  • Work with revenue department leadership to determine appropriate access.
  • General troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on helping others
  • Computer Skills
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Entry level IT Certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years customer service or help desk experience preferred
