Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations in a timely manner through Paycom.
  • Assist with collecting documents and uploading files for employee credentialing
  • Assist with the coordination of employee events and the newsletter, including creating powerpoint presentations.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics as needed to support decision-making processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
  • Enter employee data and run reports in Paycom and other HR databases.
  • Maintain personnel files and records.
  • Submit credit card expense report.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation paperwork.
  • Participate in HR projects and audit preparations.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and some college experience with emphasis in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 1-2 years working in a Human Resources and/or Recruiting function preferred.
  • Computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with Canva a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle sensitive, confidential information at all times.
  • Covid-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment as required by State law. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
