Description: What you'll be doingAnother Source's client, Upchurch Services, is recruiting an Service Sales Account Executive to join their team in Dallas, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company with a strong reputation in the industry.

As part of a dynamic and customer-focused team, the Service Sales Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue through service agreement bookings and cultivating key accounts within assigned markets. Upchurch Services recently acquired Weldon Services, expanding its capabilities in HVAC and mechanical solutions. While administrative functions such as payroll are managed through Weldon, Upchurch continues to focus on delivering top-tier service solutions to its clients.

About the Role:
The Service Sales Account Executive will be responsible for meeting annual service agreement booking plans, developing key customer accounts, and driving growth through proactive sales efforts.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Achieve annual service agreement booking goals at company-approved pricing standards.
- Develop and manage assigned key accounts to expand service offerings.
- Conduct prospect qualification, effective sales presentations, and address objections to close sales.
- Plan and schedule appointments efficiently to maximize productivity and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Conduct mechanical system surveys to assess operational and maintenance requirements.
- Develop and expand existing customer accounts by increasing service coverage.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize mechanical systems knowledge to identify and recommend the most appropriate service programs.
- Prepare clear, concise proposals, reports, and documentation for all sales activities

- 5+ years of experience in service sales, preferably in HVAC preventive maintenance agreements or related fields.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their operation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in general office software applications and CRM systems.
- An insurable driving record and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

The anticipated salary is $110k plus commission.
