Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Document Management Team Lead to join our client in Fishers, IN The Document Management Team Lead supports the Document Management Supervisor by ensuring the department runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including reporting, managing special projects, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and handling daily processing tasks. This contract opportunity offers $22/Hour

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on department volumes, production levels, quality, and efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements in quality, automation, cost reduction, and efficiency to the management team.
  • Provide prompt and high-quality service to all internal branches and home office departments regarding document management and file requests.
  • Initiate and oversee regular maintenance of department scanning equipment and hardware.
  • Stay informed of and address training needs within the department.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at implementing new policies and procedures and rectifying employee and system errors.
  • Thoroughly understand all department functions and assist with normal production tasks during periods of high volume or staff shortages.
  • Serve as the department contact in the absence of a supervisor, excluding resolution of personnel-related issues.
  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with document scanning equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
