Pay: $40.86 - $63.33 / hour. Compensation based on applicant's relevant experience.

Summary:

Join our dedicated team as a Nursing Clinical Educator, where you will enhance the professional skills and competencies of our clinical staff, specifically within the medical/surgical and oncology units. This vital role focuses on the orientation, continuous education, and professional development of nursing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and staff to identify the learning needs and competencies of clinical personnel.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs based on clinical competencies, departmental policies, and regulations.
  • Act as a consultant and mentor, providing guidance in program development and clinical practices.
  • Contribute to the establishment and delivery of new staff orientation and ongoing educational initiatives.
  • Utilize critical thinking and sound judgment to assess complex situations and enhance patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any relevant certifications as required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
