X-Ray Tech Direct Hire Position
Guaranteed 40 hours, relocation and signing bonus offered
Compensation - $38 to $43 / per hour

This is a career changing opportunity for new X-Ray Techs as they have a wonderful training program or experienced X-Ray Techs that no longer want to work the grind of a hospital setting.

This four-year-old mobile healthcare start-up is expanding and seeking several X-Ray Techs in the area to join their team as Mobile X-Ray Technicians. As an X-ray tech, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures with a high level of technical competency. Your role will require a solid understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology, allowing you to apply ionizing radiation for accurate radiologic diagnoses. You will demonstrate initiative and ingenuity while working with minimal supervision. Opportunities for growth as you will be part of a dynamic, young company passionate about their employees.

Responsibilities:

 Perform diagnostic portable imaging for patients in their homes, home care settings, or client facilities.
 Perform X-ray examinations on patients, following established protocols and safety procedures.
 Ensure patient comfort and cooperation throughout the imaging process.
 Position patients correctly and accurately to obtain optimal diagnostic images.
 Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring its proper functionality.
 Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.
Requirements:

 Valid certification as an X-ray technologist/ X-RAY Tech
 Proficiency in performing X-ray procedures with accuracy and efficiency
 Proficient in reading imaging in an EMR system.
 Solid understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 BLS Certification (Preferred)
 Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
 Valid driver’s license
License/Certification:

· ARRT Certification (Required)
