We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Design Manager with our client, a reputable corporation specializing in custom energy equipment/systems design, manufacturing, and installation in Vancouver, WA with over 50 years tenure. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team at their corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA. Relocation is available for a qualified individual.

The ideal candidate will possess and combined background in engineering leadership and high-voltage energy systems design.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of a bachelors of science, electrical engineering
  • 5+ years of strong leadership and management experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD electrical design, and project software such as ETAP and MS Project.
  • Experienced in design, fieldwork, installation, and troubleshooting in the process industry, power distribution, cogeneration, and PLC-based control systems.
  • Industry experience in power equipment systems engineering and manufacturing such as heat exchangers, boilers, and/or customized energy producing equipment.
  • Experience working with 3-phase 480V AC applications.
  • Proficiency in computer-based HMI software such as Rockwell FactoryTalk View, Wonderware InTouch, and Ignition.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience managing domestic and international projects.
