Who We Are Looking For?
beem® Light Sauna is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to serve as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, offering support, advice, and training to help franchise owners maximize their business potential. The ideal candidate would be a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in franchise management, exceptional communication and financial analysis skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
As a Franchise Business Coach, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with franchisees through proactive and frequent communication channels such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Respond promptly to franchisees' inquiries, concerns, and needs, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding their expectations in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
- Guide franchisees in agile financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies to drive sustainable profitability in a rapidly changing market.
- Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements, identifying areas for enhancement and providing actionable insights to support rapid growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with franchisees to identify and capitalize on high-impact growth opportunities, aligning expansion strategies with the dynamic needs of a fast-growing startup.
- Drive innovation and explore new market segments or partnership opportunities to fuel accelerated business growth and market penetration.
- Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, including key metrics and financial indicators, and present findings to the franchisor.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improvements based on thorough data analysis and insights gathered from franchise operations.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, business consulting, or related roles.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment, experience in the health and wellness industry, or experience working with franchises preferred.
- Strategic thinking, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with KPIs and business drivers, and experience with franchise operations and expansion preferred.
- Certification in franchise management, business coaching, or related areas is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- Experience with financial management software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools preferred.
- Ability to travel 25 - 50% of the time for franchise support, training sessions, and attend industry events.
