Main Responsibilities
  • Serves as manufacturing site-level learning and development lead and champion.
  • Partners closely with central L&D and peer network to identify training needs, contributing to curriculum development and content/program design.
  • Develops and implements a train-the-trainer model, ensuring job instruction trainers are prepared to execute localized training programs effectively.
