We need a forward-thinking, deeply technical Product Manager who: Has extensive experience building platforms and infrastructure at scale, with a deep understanding of the AI-native shift in infrastructure. Balances strong technical expertise with an empathy for customer needs, and has a proven ability to execute and deliver measurable business outcomes. Is passionate about working on multi-tenant, cloud-native systems and enjoys pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in AI-native environments. If you’re excited about driving the next wave of AI-native infrastructure and want to make your mark in an environment that fosters innovation and open-source leadership, this senior role is your chance to lead and grow Apply now to be a part of an expansive team that’s building the future What you'll bring 10+ years of experience designing and delivering high-impact platform products, particularly in large-scale distributed systems. This is a senior position in an expansive team, previous leadership experience directly managing PMs a plus. Deep expertise in the container ecosystem, developer tools, Kubernetes, storage, and networking. Proven experience in defining, building, and launching products on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Strong understanding of building large-scale SaaS products, services, and infrastructure. Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, driving backlog grooming, and setting priorities. Technical background with prior hands-on development experience or experience presenting technical demos. Demonstrated ability to define product vision and motivate teams to deliver innovative, high-impact products. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving a product’s success from conception to delivery. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to listen and collaborate with customers and partners to define strategy and set priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading execution across teams, influencing at all levels, and delivering presentations to both small and large groups. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field required; advanced degree is a plus. How you will lead Define and lead the vision and strategy for AI infrastructure on Kubernetes ecosystem and provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, and define product roadmaps and KPIs. Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across different groups at Intuit towards consistent product delivery aligned towards common goals. Take a data-driven approach in prioritizing requirements, creating and communicating plans and roadmaps, defining success metrics to deliver impactful business results. Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for the user experience with deep customer empathy. Evangelize and create broad awareness for the service communications ecosystem with technical talks at both internal and external forums and customer events. Serve as a product evangelist for container based developer platforms and AI infrastructure both internally and externally by speaking at conferences, meetups, community meetings in cloud-native space and bring external-in perspectives to how Intuit builds a highly scalable, reliable, high-performance platform. Actively participate in and be a thought leader in the open-source community in the platform engineering domain. Be part of the extended product management team to contribute across Intuit platforms. Be customer-obsessed, acting as the voice of developers and Intuit’s customers in creating and operationalizing world-class SaaS platforms. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
