Position Summary

Role: IT End User Support Specialist
Company Size: 140+ employees for case management company. Company has grown from 40-140 in a very short period of time and needs additional IT support.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Type: Temp-to-hire

MUST HAVE's:
-Great Customer Service (patience with older end users)
-Able To Help With Hardware Needs / Asset Management (not looking for password reset, call center folks)
-Strong in O365
(Hiring Manager is not looking for people that are trying to get into cyber security or other areas like that)
-Teachable and wanting to grow and learn...no degree requirements...this is a great opportunity to get some great experience

Responsibilities:

Hardware Management (60%)
  • Configure and deploy laptops and phones.
  • Process incoming/outgoing equipment, including shipping to remote staff.
  • Track hardware inventory and handle printer maintenance.
  • Process warranty returns and maintain organized storage.
Technical Support (40%)
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues.
  • dminister and support Microsoft 365.
  • Process help desk tickets and support mobile device management.
  • Provide assistance to remote and on-site employees.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Experience: 2+ years in IT support.
  • Skills: Hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Other: Valid driver's license, organizational skills.
Preferred:
  • Hardware certifications.
  • Fresh Desk or similar ticketing system experience.
  • Microsoft certifications.
Work Environment
  • Casual and friendly atmosphere.
  • Monday-Friday schedule during business hours.

Schedule and Location Requirements
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday.
  • Relocation: Must relocate to Pittsburgh, PA (15205) before starting.
