  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of the system
  • Implement security measures
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of the requirement
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer item
analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks
