What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of direct experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate strategy, or business operations
  • Demonstrated success in managing direct reports and/or influencing others without formal authority
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Power user with typical financial software packages, including Microsoft Office, large ERPs, financial planning systems, and Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tools

Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead the two Senior Analysts that are business partners to Communications, Media and Tenant & Employment verticals
  • Provide core FP&A support including business partnering, budget management, forecasting and reporting
  • Support the Sr. Director of FP&A in the creation of new or ad-hoc analyses and reporting
  • Develop new processes and reporting to advance the finance support for the sales organization
  • Improve forecasting and reporting processes in support of the Diversified Markets initiatives
  • Contribute to the growth and development of more junior associates
  • Participate in high-impact, special projects that improve forecasting accuracy, expand business collaboration, and increase business insights
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
