in various beauty products, treatments, techniques, and practices.
• Develop and implement training curriculum based on the latest beauty industry
standards and trends
• Explain and teach how to use our beauty products
• Conduct practical demonstrations and provide hands-on training to employees and ISA's
• Monitor employee/ISA's progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their
skills
• Ensure all training activities comply with health and safety regulations
• Stay updated on the latest beauty therapy trends, techniques, and products
• Promote sales utilizing strategic and tactical know-how
• Networking to increase foot traffics to the stores
• Manage training materials, including ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain professional relationships with all employees/ISA's, providing guidance and
support as needed
• Collaborate with other beauty industry professionals to stay updated on industry trends
and share knowledge

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years in Beauty industry such as cosmetics, skin care shops/companies.
Have sourcing experience in cosmetic products.
Have intensive experience in training for products and techniques.
Must need English/Korean bilingual.
