    • Performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies.   • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    • Home Infusion is staffed by pharmacy staff that are knowledgeable in quality infusion and enteral care of patients receiving care in the home setting.
  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required.
    • Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
    • All job offers are contingent upon the candidate passing a pre-employment/post offer drug screen.
    • GSR Home Infusion:
      • Healthcare Provider Level BLS required within three (3) months of hire.
    • GSRMC Specialty Pharmacist (if applicable):
      • Pharmacy experience in the specialty disease states required.
