Responsibilities:
• Ensure all safe work practices are followed at all times
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed at all times,including job cleanup at the end of each day
• Verify accuracy and compliance of tasks in progress to complywith codes, project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• Document daily activities, material/parts used, testing,inspections and visitors.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships with crewmembers, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain a timely flow ofsupplies, materials and sub-contractor work.
• Framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing small portions ofconcrete
• Must be willing to travel occasionally and work out of town(including overnight stays)?
• Conduct work on construction projects, concrete removal andreplacement, manhole and spill containment replacements
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure all are in proper andsafe working order
• Other tasks as requested by management

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Experience in construction work helpful
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and customer relations skills
• Basic computer skills
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, forklift, man-lift followingall equipment and company safety protocol, procedures/policies
• Good work ethic

Ability to:
• Exhibit a professional demeanor, and develop customer relationsand superior service
• Ability to lift 75 -100 lbs when necessary during the course ofperforming their necessary duties
• Ability to work in a high traffic area
• Work outside during all types of weather
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability towork well with others
• Follow all company procedures
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levelsof the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)
• Pass a drug test and background check
