Senior Claim Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claim Adjuster to join our team in the Insurance industry. As a Senior Claim Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling complex claims in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure that claims are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. Your expertise in the field will be crucial in providing guidance and support to junior adjusters, as well as in developing and implementing new strategies to improve our claims handling process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in claims adjusting
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior adjusters
- Professional certification in claims adjusting
- Investigate and evaluate complex claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure claims are handled accurately and professionally
- Provide guidance and support to junior adjusters
- Develop and implement new strategies to improve claims handling process
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related activities
Skills:
As a Senior Claim Adjuster, you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and evaluate complex claims. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be essential in working with clients, attorneys, and other professionals. You will also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented in order to maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related activities. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and professionally. Finally, your expertise in insurance policies and regulations will be essential in providing guidance and support to junior adjusters and in developing new strategies to improve our claims handling process.
