Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Must-Have: Completion of necessary fingerprinting and clearances

Job Description:

- Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
- Work AT a flagship hospital of a regional health system.
- Join the largest healthcare provider in west central Pennsylvania.
- Facility is a tertiary care regional referral hospital and has a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Work in a Level 3 Regional Intensive Care Nursery and High-Risk OB environment.
- Ensure completion of Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance by creating an account and submitting the clearance application online for immediate results.
- Complete Department of Human Services Fingerprinting by registering online for fingerprint processing.
- FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting accepted if completed within the last two years, otherwise required.
- Obtain PA State Police Clearance for employment, not for volunteer work.
- Work in a step-down unit with patient care involving adolescents and adults.
- Adaptability to float to any designated unit as required.
- Handle a patient-to-nurse ratio of approximately 1:5.
- Utilize Epic for electronic health records.
- Traumatic and step-down patient population care expertise required.
- Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility.

This job is a contractor replacement position.
