My client is seeking a Pediatric or General Dentist to join a team that values quality care above all We take a patient-focused approach that emphasizes personal values and transparency. This Merrillville office is 100% pediatric population, hours are 8-5 p.m. M-F and 8-2 on Friday. Retention bonus of $7.5k every 6 months. Payment structure is a daily rate for the term of employment with my client, and then a percentage of adjusted production which can be up to 35%

Pediatric Dentist Responsibilities:
  • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
  • Provide comprehensive dental care for diverse patient population
  • Proficient with Restorative, Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, Pedodontics, Exodontia (including partial bony 3 rd molars), Endodontics (including molars) and Orthodontics
  • Caring and dedicated team member who is able to work independently.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Pediatric Dentist Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Current license in state applying
  • Completed or will complete Pediatric Residency
  • Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates.
