Responsibilities: Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and project leaders Work with technical leads and architects to develop process documents for large scale projects Prepare project deliverables and deliver documentation on time Manage project schedule and budget to make sure resources are allocated properly to each project Coordinate and facilitate the program routines - for example: project kick off, status reviews, stakeholder/steerco meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure the execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Track the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership Manage the financials and assists with resource planning for the program Provide input to define/improve the Change Management Requirements: At least 5 years of experience of Project management experience tools and capabilities Background in technology (development or database technologies required) Experience with Agile Methodology and Jira Able to work independently and deliver projects on schedule Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality/timeline Experienced with project schedules, timelines, and resource management Desired skills: Prior financial client experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
