Job Description:
  • Financial Analyst will support leadership and work with various departments by analyzing company data to help make informative decisions and drive better outcomes.
  • Conduct financial reporting to support KPIs tracking, variance analysis, and KPIs tracking.
  • Support lines of business review by preparing financials and analytics on drivers and variances.
  • Perform analytics including, but not limited to, Break-even analysis, ROI, NPV, customer analytics, labor analytics and more.
  • Analyze data (both structured and unstructured data) from company databases and external data when needed to drive process improvement and business strategies.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial and operational excellence across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Business Analytics
  • Strong systems experience - strong Excel (BI tools a plus)
  • SQL preferred
  • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple levels of the organization
